Pecan Pie
1 Cup White corn syrup
1/2 Cup White sugar
3 Eggs well beaten
3/4 Cup Butter melted
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch Salt
1 Cup Pecans chopped
Melt butter, while butter is melting beat eggs in medium bowl and then add remaining ingredients. Chop pecans to desired size and add to mixture and stir in. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake at 350 for 40 min. Cover crust edges while baking.

ONE CRUST TWO CRUSTS
1 1/4 Cup Flour 2 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Shortening (butter flavor) 2/3 Cup Shortening (butter flavor)
3 to 4 Tbsp Water (cold) 6 to 7 Tbsp Water (cold)
Bake in pre heated 375 degree oven for 10 min (only bake ahead if recipe calls for pre baked crust)
