Ramen Cabbage Salad
Ingredients
Salad:
2 (3 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles, broken into pieces, seasoning packets reserved
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
½ cup slivered almonds
3 green onions, chopped
Dressing:
½ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Reserved Ramen seasoning packets
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or heat skillet on stove top using oiled pan brown ramen noodles and set aside.
Slice cleaned cabbage very thin and chop to desired lengths. Cut more green than purple.
Combine dressing ingredients set aside.
When ready to eat combine all together stir well.
